About me
I'm a psychologist (M.Sc. Psychology) with a specialization in talent development and creativity, and further training in systemic organisational development. Before going self-employed, I worked in People & Culture at an AI start-up, where I saw firsthand how fast organisations change and what that demands of the people inside them. I also bring experience in clinical and psychosocial care, alongside methods from singing, creative writing and mindfulness.
Today I draw on this background to help individuals, teams and organisations recognise the patterns behind what isn't working, build healthier ways of coping with pressure, and reconnect with their sense of self-worth. My approach combines evidence-based methods from psychology and organisational psychology with voice work.
Creativity as pause, strength and a driver of innovation
Understanding something is not the same as living it. My work is built around reconnecting people with what they actually feel, asking the questions that are uncomfortable but necessary, and arriving at solutions that hold up in practice. Together, we work through a contradiction that only looks like one: that in a world moving faster every year, the way forward isn't to sprint harder, but to find depth and stillness instead.
Art and creativity are central tools in that work, and at the same time, a space for individual expression, authenticity and freedom. Many people come to understand themselves and what they need more clearly once they engage with their body, their voice, and their own perspective, whether or not they think of themselves as creative.
As a psychologist at a counselling centre supporting people with mental illness, I also lead weekly singing bowl meditations, alongside established relaxation techniques such as autogenic training and progressive muscle relaxation.
